Friends with Benefits: Wiki Content Development

🐣 About the Project

Friends with Benefits (FWB) is a Web3 social network for creatives and builders. The FWB wiki is a knowledge base where members can find accurate and up to date information about FWB. I crafted the FAQ section by distilling key information in a consumable format to help people access information about FWB.

👩🏼‍💻The Writing Process

My process involved two key steps. First, I conducted thorough conversation mining by perusing internal documentation and Discord interactions to gather frequently used keywords and phrases. This ensured that the content resonated with users’ language and needs. Next, I carefully structured the information, drawing from existing user research to create distinct categories, making navigation effortless and content easily accessible.

Working on this project showed me the importance of user-centric design in creating effective content. By immersing myself in the community’s language and needs, I was able to craft content that truly resonated. I learned that user-driven content improves accessibility and engagement.
